We want you to love your MOKX tee. If something's not right, here's how returns work.
Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we accept returns or replacements only in these cases:
Email support@mokx.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Once a return is approved and (if applicable) the item received back, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We cannot accept returns for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering), or minor colour variation inherent to printing.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they enter production. Email us promptly to cancel.
